My Journey

I embarked on this journey some time ago without realising it. As part of my training as a psychotherapist, I attended therapy, which led to an inner transformation. Additionally, life situations, people, and places acted as catalysts for change—whether I liked it or not, change happened.

I became interested in mysticism and the works of the prominent psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Carl Jung, who developed the concept of the Collective Unconscious. As my interest deepened, I found myself naturally drawn to esoteric literature, including sacred geometry. I was amazed by what I was reading, as it reflected personal esoteric knowledge that had long been untapped within my collective unconscious. This newfound awareness heightened my senses, making it feel as though my body was singing with joy and bliss for discovering something that made me feel truly alive.

Combining my training as a transpersonal psychotherapist with my interest in depth psychology and spirituality, I believe that individuals can pursue their own inner paths toward the sacred, which may not always align with established religious traditions. I appreciate this perspective because it allows for unique personal connections with a higher power. The inner journey toward the sacred often involves the Hero archetype, who triumphs over adversity and evil.

I feel a strong calling to write a transpersonal book, which is now in the final stages of editing. This calling is essential to me because the story within me has not faded; it continues to thrive and longs to be shared with the world, despite the obstacles and setbacks I encounter.

I’m not claiming that what I write is definitive or evidence-based; however, there may be valuable insights within it. I’m sharing what emerges from within me.

So, what is esoteric knowledge?

Definition

Cambridge Dictionary defines esoteric as "very unusual and understood or liked by only a small number of peopleespecially those with special knowledge"

Esoteric knowledge is often viewed as literature or information that is not understood or accepted by most people. It refers to hidden wisdom and mystical teachings that have been passed down through generations, typically written in a style that only a few are willing to decipher. I believe that once we have worked to clear away our false ego, we can connect with our soul and spiritual self. This connection allows us to discover the esoteric knowledge we possess, which we can then share with the world, as we each have our own personal message to convey.

Etymology

The term "esoteric" comes from the Greek word esōterikos, which is derived from esōterō, meaning "inner" or "further inside".
