Cancellation Policy

1. The 72-Hour Rule I value our time together and dedicate specific hours to your support. Because it is difficult to fill a reserved slot on short notice, I require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Notice of 72+ hours: Your payment is fully refundable (less any Wix processing fees) or can be applied as a credit to a future session. Notice of less than 72 hours: The session fee is non-refundable and will be retained to cover the reserved time. 2. Weekend & Monday Appointments To ensure I have adequate time to manage my schedule during business hours, Monday appointments must be cancelled by the same time on the preceding Friday. 3. The Emergency "Grace" Waiver I understand that true crises—such as sudden illness, accidents, or family emergencies—can happen. To support you during these times: I offer one "grace" waiver per calendar year, allowing you to cancel within the 72-hour window without penalty. Once this waiver is used, the 72-hour policy applies to all subsequent sessions, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
