**Uncovering the True Self** Short to mid-term psychotherapy is designed to last up to six months, but if you find that you need more sessions, we can certainly explore that option together. I utilise an integrative approach, combining various therapeutic methods specifically tailored to your unique needs. This includes psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, transpersonal therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy, all aimed at helping you achieve your goals effectively.​

It’s common to enter therapy without knowing what to expect or whether it’s the right fit for you. Short-mid term therapy can be an excellent way to begin your journey. I recognise that a six-month time frame can feel limiting when it comes to exploring past difficult experiences including distorted thinking patterns that we can project onto the world. However, even if full resolution may require long-term therapy, starting this crucial work now can significantly advance your healing journey. It will provide you with valuable insights and a clearer understanding of your situation, setting a solid foundation for deeper recovery down the line.
