Terms & Conditions
I trust that my book provides solace and guidance. However, it is important to note that the content reflects my perspective and should not be regarded as conclusive or clinical advice. It is not intended to replace the guidance of a medical or clinical professional.
If you opt to participate in our workshops, we would like to apprise you that you have absolute control over the extent of personal information you wish to disclose. It would be best if you took a moment to evaluate your comfort level before divulging any personal information in a group environment. We recognise that you might feel hesitant about revealing particular details, and we want you to know that we are here to offer support and guidance. Please be reminded that disclosing is entirely your prerogative, and we unequivocally respect and uphold your boundaries.
Please be advised that I acknowledge the possibility that you may be currently experiencing treatments; I would like to ensure that you are prioritising your well-being. It may be best to refrain from participating in my sessions until you are ready and have addressed any underlying issues. Please be assured that I remain available to offer my support whenever you feel prepared, and I wish you the utmost success on your healing journey.
If you cancel a one-on-one session with a notice of 48 hours or more, you will receive a refund.
However, please be aware that workshops are subject to different policies due to their nature. We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be offered for workshops because of the reservation of a spot that another attendee could have utilised. Nonetheless, we are committed to providing any assistance and support you may require.
Please note that there is a contractual agreement in place that outlines the refund policy for Co-Creation Services. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Lastly, please be advised that the book is not eligible for a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our organisation places a high value on the privacy of our clients, recognising that this is a crucial aspect of our services. If you choose to engage in one-on-one sessions with us, please be assured that any information you share will be held in the strictest confidence and disclosed only to a supervisor. However, in the case of group workshops, it should be noted that confidentiality can only be maintained if all participants adhere to the guidelines set forth. Failure to do so may result in disclosing information to individuals outside the group.
If you are considering availing of our Co-Creation Services, please note that a contractual agreement must be reached and signed before the commencement of the service. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the service, including but not limited to the scope of work, timelines, and payment details. We consider this agreement an essential component of our professional relationship with our clients, as it helps establish clear expectations and ensures a smooth and successful engagement. Therefore, we kindly request that you review the agreement carefully and seek legal advice, if necessary, before signing it. If you have any questions or concerns about the agreement or our services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
